This is a test design offering the homeowner two options. Option 1 is two small systems on the ground floor (single splits) covering the main kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Option 2 is option 1 plus the four bedrooms upstairs. The external units have been sited to minimise the pipework running up the walls to these units, while also minimising any pipework that would need to run inside the rooms.
