Business Development Manager - the role
Summers are getting hotter, and more UK homeowners are asking about air conditioning. CoolResponse designs and installs it for homes across Surrey, and as part of our growth plan, we’re looking for business development managers to help us reach them.
It’s a commission-based role. You find and book home appraisals, using the tools we provide: our website, flyers, WhatsApp and your own network. Matt carries out the survey and quote, and you follow up and close the sale. You’re not asked to give technical advice, because the survey covers that.

How you earn
Commission calculator, based on 1 month
£25 for each survey you book that the customer attends, up to 8 a month, on your own leads.
A fixed commission on every completed sale.
55p a mile on meetings agreed in advance.
